Kingsley News - Extra Edition

Field Day T-Shirt Orders - Important Update
Please include the SIZE of your desired T-shirt when completing the order form sent home in last week's Courier.

Art Purchases at Night of the Arts, Thursday, 6-7:30 pm
This year, as part of Kingsley's Night of the Arts, Artome will be exhibiting students' artwork in frames in the media center.  The frames are available for purchase for $25.00 ($20.00 each if you are purchasing for more than one of your children).  Only cash or checks will be accepted.  The students have been working very hard to prepare artwork for the hall and media center galleries.  We hope to see you there!

If you cannot attend and wish to purchase your child's frame, please send the funds to Mrs. Agee prior to the show and she will hold your child's artwork for you.

Furniture donations needed to create great works of art
Kingsley is participating in the Dunwoody Art Festival again this year. Ms. Agee and our students will be re-designing chairs into pieces of art that will be auctioned to the highest bidder at the Festival.  Please check around the house to see if you have an old chair or small table to donate. It can be a desk or dining chair, a bar or step-stool, a children’s chair, etc. Anything that can be painted.
Chairs can be dropped off in Ms. Agee’s room.

2013-14 DeKalb Schools Calendar Update
