The packet contains information about incentive programs for students, so please check the packet for coupons students can turn in to win prizes immediately during the sale period. Dunwoody Walk to School Day – Wednesday 9/7 7:00amPlan to wake up a few minutes early on Wednesday morning so you and your student can participate in this annual event. Since Kingsley was the first school in Dunwoody to have a Walk to School program, we’d love for our participation to be off the chart this year.  Plus, it’s just fun! Parents and kids alike enjoy the combination of social interaction and exercise. The route will start from the former Ace Hardware parking lot (at corner of Mount Vernon and N. Peachtree) at 7:00 a.m. to ensure the students are in their classrooms to hear the morning announcements. Hope to see you there!

Kingsley Spirit Night at Perimeter Chick-fil-A – Thursday 9/8 5:00-8:00pm
Take a night off of cooking next Thursday (9/8) and come to the Chick-fil-A for dinner instead. Not only do you get to skip cooking and clean-up, but your kids will love having time on the playground with their friends. It’s also a great time to actually have an adult conversation with other parents.

Start stacking up your used books. Kingsley’s Used Book Fair takes place in the spring!
Last year, we sold over 1,000 books, and 100% of the profits benefited Kingsley! We really would love to collect more children’s used books than ever this year. In January, we’ll have a collection drive available in the mornings, so start collecting your books now. Pre-K through Chapter books in gently used condition! Any questions?
