The Potluck Dinner is an annual tradition on the playfield! Come see old friends, meet new Kingsley families, and get to know other parents. Kingsley Charter Council will provide Chik-fil-a chicken nuggets, and you bring a little something to share (and your chairs or blanket).

Kingsley wants you to get involved where your passions, interests, and skills align!  There are six action teams which are a great starting point for your involvement:

• Facilities and Technology

Rather than being concerned about your availability and work schedule, determine what you are most passionate about.  We'll find a way to get you involved!  A detailed description of these teams can be found here.

We are recruiting for room parents in all of our classes.

Being a room parent is a great way to be involved and support our teachers!

There will be a room parent meeting on Thursday, August 30th at 9:00 AM in the Media Center for first time room parents. If you have been a room parent previously, please email Jenny MacDonald and she will provide you with the information and documents needed to get things rolling!

Box Tops Collection Contest

How many Box Tops did your family collect over the summer? Ten? Fifteen? Fifty?!

Send your Box Tops to school right away! The Kingsley family who collected the MOST Box Tops will win a $25 gift card to Mad Italian. Place your collection of Box Tops in the Box Top bin in the Parent Room with your family name cleared marked. 

Don't forget... there are Box Tops all over our school supplies! Boise, Avery, Hi-Liter, Ziploc, Kleenex, Hefty and Scott brands all have Box Tops on their packaging.
