| Come play in the dirt with us and help beautify the Kingsley campus! Weather forecast is perfect for outdoor work. We will need several wheelbarrows and tarps so bring those if you can. We could also use a chain saw, and someone to operate it! Please bring gloves, shovels, rakes and pitch forks if you have them, and any other gardening | | ||
| tools to help w/general pruning/weeding around campus (trowel, hand pruners, loppers). Donations of Snacks needed - Can't make it to the Fall Work day but want to help? Please bring snack donations (chips, granola bars, crackers, etc. - no cookies or sweets please) to the Parent Headquarters by Friday afternoon and label them "Work Day". | Date: October 5, 2011 (Wednesday) Meeting Time: 9:15a.m. - refreshments begin at 8:45a.m. Meeting Location: Kittredge Magnet School Topic: "Understanding staffing our schools and FTE Points" Speakers: Susan Hurst, Director of Budgets, DCSS Division of Finance and Lisa Domzal, Director of Instructional Budgeting, Staffing and Scheduling, DCSS Division of Teaching and Learning DCPC meetings are held at various public venues within the Dunwoody Chamblee area. Meetings are open and topics are geared toward the interests of parents and guardians with children in Dunwoody and Chamblee schools in the DeKalb County School System. There is no charge for attendance. All Parents are encouraged to attend.
