Strings Club; Action Team Kickoff; Book Character Dress Up; Walking Wed; Curriculum Night & More

Incredible things happening at Kingsley that you need to know:

-- The Strings Club still has a few spots available. Learn to play the violin or other stringed instrument. Open to Grades 3-5. Meets on Tuesdays after school.  Contact Heather Chlup for additional information by email or 678-694-8858.

-- In case you haven't heard, the Action Team Kickoff is today, August 30, at 5:30 in the media center.  The Charter Council is re-energizing these teams to ensure that Kingsley is the best that it can be for the education of our children.  Learn more about the various action teams here.

-- Book Character Dress Up Day is Friday, August 31.

-- Send in those Box Tops for a chance to win the Mad Italian Gift card! More info

-- Through September 4 get 25% off when purchasing uniforms at the Kingsley Lands' End uniform store and earn cash for Kingsley.

-- Walking Wednesdays begin on September 5 which is Dunwoody Walk to School Day. More info

-- Plan to attend Curriculum Night on Thursday, September 6 at 6 p.m.

Discover how to put your passions to work for Kingsley at the Action Team Kickoff on Thursday at 5:30 p.m. in the Media Center. 

Book Character Dress-Up Day -- Friday, August 31 -- It's time for your child to pick a character and prepare a costume! Classes will have photo shoots in the media center from 8 to 10 a.m. Parents welcome.
