Kingsley Campus Work Day Sat. 4/20, 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Please join us on a beautiful spring day for some work at the front entrance and general campus cleanup. In the front we will be weeding, planting, and spreading pine-straw. We will also be doing general cleanup in the Learning Garden and around
Materials Needed:
* pine-straw - please contact us if you can help get 35 bales delivered to school by Sat.
* hand pruners - we've got lots of ivy to clip from trees on east side
* wheel barrows - we've had one donated but can always use more!
* circular saw (to drill 2" hole in picnic table for installation of our first umbrella!)
* pressure washing of picnic tables in Learning Garden (outside media center)

Come find out what
makes Kingsley an amazing
school! Parents will have the opportunity to meet faculty and staff as
well as find out more about our exciting and rigorous curriculum! During
this time, rising kindergarteners will have the opportunity to participate in a
Kindergarten activity facilitated by some of our current Kindergarten
teachers!
We ask that you please
park on only one side of the street & refrain from blocking any of our
neighbors’ driveways.

Destination Imagination Global Competition
Our "D.I. Doughnuts" Destination Imagination team is working hard to raise funds to attend the D.I. Global Finals, which will be held in May in Knoxville. Thank you to everyone who bought bracelets at Night of the Arts -- you helped the team raise more than $200! Watch for other fundraisers, including a carpool line doughnut sale, coming soon!
