| THIS FRIDAY IS A BIG DAY! |
| Donuts for Dad - THIS FRIDAY, 2/3 at 7:30 a.m. From all of the students and staff at Kingsley Charter School, we want to say THANKS DAD for everything you do. All of our “Father Figures” are invited to join us in the Cafeteria for some yummy Donuts. (Grandads, Uncles and Big Brothers are welcome). Moms, if you would like to help or contribute in some way, please email Michele Richards mrichards@cma-atlanta.com. Dress Down Day Your child probably won't let you forget that this Friday is a scheduled dress down day. To clarify, students do NOT have to wear the uniforms on Friday. They may wear their own personal style attire - just remember that what they wear needs to comply with the DCSC dress code and allow them to jump rope safely. Jump Rope for Heart This annual event is a student favorite. Classes will rotate through the gym all day to create a continuum of rope jumping. The kids love this event and burn lots of energy and calories. It is important to keep healthy snacks and beverages on hand to fuel them through the activity. As of Wednesday evening, we are still short on water and sports beverages, so please consider dropping off some bottled water or sports drinks on Thursday or Friday morning. |

For new parents, this luncheon is a family event where parents (and other family members or invited guests) are welcome to have lunch with their student over candlelight. The kids absolutely LOVE it! So extend your Valentine's celebrations and show the little one you love some extra love by attending this luncheon.
